Next, embark on a sightseeing tour of the Eternal City, where you'll pass by some of its most iconic landmarks, including Venice Square, Republic Square, Spain Square, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, various basilicas, and the Trevi Fountain. Conclude your day with a walking tour of a significant area of the city.

The entire day is dedicated to visiting Vatican City, the world's smallest independent state. Your visit includes entrance to the Vatican Museums, where you can marvel at the Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo's famous fresco.
You'll also have the opportunity to explore the interior of Saint Peter’s Basilica, noting its iconic details, including the renowned sculpture Pietà. If you are visiting on Wednesday, you may also attend the Papal Audience.

Depart from Rome and head towards Pietrelcina, the birthplace of Padre Pio, who was born in 1887. Visit significant locations that were part of his life. The tour will continue to San Giovanni Rotondo, where he spent most of his life, founded a hospital, and provided support to the community.

Visit the Sanctuary, which includes the Basilicas and Museum. This will provide a deeper understanding of the life and actions of the Italian Saint who inspired many devoted followers during the turbulent 20th century.
In the afternoon, visit Sant’Angelo Monte and the sanctuary built into the rock, where St. Michael the Archangel made his first appearance in 490. Return to the hotel.

In the morning, you will depart for Cascia, a city forever associated with Saint Rita of Cascia. Visit the Sanctuary, which includes the Basilica housing the golden casket that contains Saint Rita’s body. From there, we will continue our journey towards Assisi.

In the morning, the trip continues to the Sanctuary dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi. This inspiring figure from the 12th and 13th centuries founded the Franciscan order, grounded in the ideals of introspection, hard work, and self-denial. He was also an important preacher whose path intersected with that of Saint Anthony. We will proceed to Padua, where you can find the basilica dedicated to this beloved saint from Lisbon.

The morning will be dedicated to visiting Padua and the basilica dedicated to Saint Anthony, a renowned Portuguese priest and preacher who spent his final days there in 1231. After lunch, we will continue our tour by boarding a vaporetto in Punta Sabbioni to Venice. We will explore the city of countless canals, including the iconic St. Mark’s Square, from which the gondolas depart.
