Greetings, educators!

The US Southern States, especially Tennessee and Louisiana, are undoubtedly a great resource for educational experiences in different fields of teaching. For instance, the Southern musical rhythms like bluegrass and blues are the predecessors of our contemporaries' R&B, jazz, and even rock'n'roll; these rhythms were the translation of Southern peoples and societies, an outlet for their history, culture, mindset.

We want you to explore this heritage while making some noise, enjoying authentic workshops, engaging in interactive experiences, and putting into perspective the lives and history of the individuals that played an important role in creating a truly American identity.
